Interpath appoints two managing directors to advisory business
Kelly Klein and Matthew Roach have joined Interpath as managing directors. The pair bring more than thee decades of Big Four consulting experience to the firm.

Headquartered in London, Interpath the largest independent corporate turnaround firm in Britain. The professional services firm specialises in restructuring and advisory work for clients around the world, having been created from a £400 million carve-out of KPMG’s restructuring wing.
Kelly Klein adds to that Big Four pedigree as she joins Interpath as a managing director in the firm’s valuations team. She previously worked for 20 years at PwC, where she was latterly a director within the company’s transaction services valuations group.
Looking ahead, she will work with corporate and private equity clients at Interpath, helping them to understand the value impact of their M&A and organic strategic options. This will enable them to better position themselves for transactions and can pursue value accretive strategies to drive growth and maximise returns.

Matthew Roach also arrives following an extended period with Big Four firms. He has more than 20 years experience in real estate tax in the UK and Australia – including 11 years at KPMG, where he was a partner in its real estate practice.
Focusing on real estate and funds taxation, Roach also specialises in fund structuring, real estate finance and loan portfolio transactions. He has been appointed managing director in Interpath’s tax practice.
