Lisa Weaver-Lambert joins Interpath value creation practice as managing director

Interpath’s strategy and value creation team has welcomed a new senior hire, in the form of Lisa Weaver-Lambert. Arriving as a managing director in the team, she will work to enhance the firm’s support to investors and businesses accelerate growth and drive efficiency with help from data modernisation and AI.

Commenting on her appointment, Weaver-Lambert said, “The organisations that get real value from AI aren’t the ones chasing every innovation. Interpath supports clients with deal advisory, restructuring, value creation and forensic services. The firm employs over 1,000 people across 35 locations in the UK, Ireland, France, DACH, Spain Bermuda, BVI, Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, South Africa and Algeria.

As a managing director in the firm’s strategy and value creation practice, Weaver-Lambert will aid the advisory firm as it continues to enhance its support to investors and businesses with technology-enabled growth and transformation. She will work closely with Nathan McCarthy, Interpath’s global strategy and value creation head, applying her blend of expertise in private equity, data modernisation, and AI to help clients accelerate growth and drive efficiency across the full deal lifecycle, from due diligence and carve-outs through to value capture and exit readiness.

Weaver-Lambert is a data and AI expert, with a background as a value creation operating partner at Montagu Private Equity, and capital markets data and AI lead at Microsoft. Most recently, she held advisory roles supporting Apollo-backed and Advent-backed businesses as well as global infrastructure investors, where she helped management teams accelerate growth through technology modernisation and AI adoption.
