Skarbek appoints Paul Dove as Senior Advisor
Skarbek Associates has appointed a new Senior Advisor. Paul Dove joins the firm, bringing deep experience and expertise in innovation, research and development and organisational growth.
An international strategy implementation and advisory firm, Skarbek Associates helps clients to grow and compete successfully and sustainably through the successful execution of strategic initiatives. Looking ahead, Paul Dove will be supporting Skarbekclients to define, refine and implement innovation driven strategies for growth.
Dove brings over 20 years of experience from many FMCG sectors, including cosmetics, over-the-counter healthcare, food and beverage, and paper products. He has led sizeable R&D organisations across multiple geographies and markets and has successfully turned around the innovation culture and R&D organisations in a number of businesses to deliver top and bottom-line growth.
Prior to joining Skarbek, Dove was the Quality Assurance Director for Kimberly-Clark’s EMEA region, establishing a quality management system for the regional business and for EU medical device requirements. Before that he was the R&D Director for Family Care at KC, developing the innovation agenda, establishing a turnaround in the R&D team, and setting up a long-term pipeline of business building new products. Before KC, Dove also held positions with Molson Coors, PepsiCo and Procter & Gamble, where he held several senior global R&D roles.

Founded in 2012, Skarbek’s services include planning and managing complex cross-functional projects, new product development and launch, business transformation, and assisting growth through innovation. As it prepared for growth in 2023, the firm installed a new Chair – with Ian Pontefract taking on the role from David Wright, who held the role for the last five years.
