JJ Gericke joins cyber transformation consultancy ThreeTwoFour
Cyber transformation firm ThreeTwoFour has strengthened its team with former Big Four consultant JJ Gericke.
JJ Gericke brings a decade of experience in cyber security, information governance and transformation to the firm. Appointed a Senior Manager, Gericke will support ThreeTwoFour’s corporate and private equity clients with better managing the security risks of their businesses and portfolio companies.
With over 120 buy-side and sell-side transactions under his belt, Gericke also helps buyers and sellers with conducting cyber security risk assessments and due diligence work. “ThreeTwoFour is already working in this space, and I will be helping to grow and further build this capability using my previous experience advising private equity on cyber security.”
Prior to joining the recently rebranded ThreeTwoFour, Gericke spent two years at Deloitte and more recently five years at PwC, latterly as a Senior Manager in the firm’s Cyber practice. In the role, he led several engagements and project teams focused on helping organisations with identifying and mitigating potential security risks, as well as advising on the broader business implications of cyber security.
“I was looking for a different challenge and the opportunity at ThreeTwoFour to help grow and build the business was something that appealed to me,” he said of his switch from a Big Four to the 20-strong boutique.
“What stood out for me at ThreeTwoFour was not only the breadth of the services but also the deep technical knowledge of the team.”
Alex Coburn, Co-Founder and Director at ThreeTwoFour, said: “It is an exciting time for ThreeTwoFour and we are happy to have JJ onboard.
