Recruitment and inclusion organisation The Clear Company has partnered with LACE Partners, helping the consultancy strengthen its diversity credentials.

Speaking on the news, LACE Managing Director Aaron Alburey said the move comes as businesses “recognise the link between an effective diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) strategy and the productivity it brings for them.”

Alburey, who is also LACE Partners’ co-founder, added, “The DE&I agenda may have been an important top of conversation in many businesses for many years now, but what we are seeing now is more and more organisations taking action and looking to be held accountable... Therefore it was a natural fit for us to work with The Clear Company and I’m excited to see what this partnership could bring.”
