Emma Taylor joins LACE Partners leadership

LACE Partners has once again moved to expand its executive leadership team by announcing the arrival of Emma Taylor. She joins from cloud infrastructure platform provider Oracle, where she was Account Director for Sales.

Helping clients to meet such challenges head on, LACE Partners is a boutique consultancy specialising in HR transformation, change and technology advisory work. In order to bolster its capacity to support its partners – many of which are FTSE250 businesses – LACE has announced a number of new appointments in recent months, as it experiences rapid growth.

The latest of these sees Taylor join the business as Executive Sales Director. Taylor’s background across all the value areas of HR – including payroll – positions her perfectly for early discussions with our clients, helping them determine where the value lies in the People function and how best to bring all the diverse areas of HR to bare on solving business issues.

An experienced sales executive, she brings two decades of experience to her new role. Most recently this saw her as an Account Director for Oracle’s HCM Cloud wing.
