Campbell Tickell promotes Ceri Victory-Rowe to director
Two and a half years after joining Campbell Tickell, Ceri Victory-Rowe has been promoted to director level.
Ceri Victory-Rowe joined the specialist management consultancy as a senior consultant in 2019 (having previously been part of its associate network for two years), bringing her previous experience as a PwC consultant and as a university lecturer to the firm. Since joining, she has according to partner Radojka Miljevic made a “significant contribution” to Campbell Tickell’s projects.
“Ceri brings intelligence, creativity and great engagement skills to Campbell Tickell. We are delighted that she is part of our continued growth across the social housing, charitable, sport and public sectors. She brings flair to an already strong and experienced governance team and we recognise her ability to influence our practice work more widely.”
Victory-Rowe specialises in governance and regulatory-related matters, risk management and investigatory work. Projects she worked on include the development of the National Housing Federation’s Code of Governance 2020, and she currently is providing support to the Welsh Government as it reviews its regulatory framework for social housing.
Founded some twenty years ago, Campbell Tickell focuses on engagements in six sectors. housing, regeneration, health and social care, sport, and charities. “I’m extremely pleased to take on my next role within a business with such strongly-held values and a real passion for doing great work for its clients,” said Victory-Rowe.
“I’m enormously excited about the opportunities which now lie ahead for me – to do more, across a range of sectors, to support good governance.”
The promotion comes shortly after Campbell Tickell added Alistair Sharpe-Neal and Helen Routledge to its core team.
