Boutique consultancy Campbell Tickell bolsters its team
Campbell Tickell has strengthened its team in the UK with the additions of Alistair Sharpe-Neal and Helen Routledge.
Both Alistair Sharpe-Neal and Helen Routledge are familiar faces for Campbell Tickell’s 34-strong core team – the duo have both been part of the management consulting firm’s 100+ associate network for several years, delivering a range of successful projects over this period.
Commenting on their joining of the core team, partner Greg Campbell said: “Strengthening our in-house team in this way is an important part of our work to ensure that Campbell Tickell itself is robust and can respond to the scale and range of demands and opportunities that are coming our way.”
Alistair Sharpe-Neal has been associated with Campbell Tickell for nine years, working on assignments in the public sector, with a focus on local councils, council-owned companies and housing associations. He specialises in business transformation, strategic change initiatives, customer services and the implementation of digital solutions.
Helen Routledge has worked with the London-headquartered consulting firm for four years on a wide range of financial and business planning assignments, and interim Finance Director roles. She also contributed to the growth of Campbell Tickell’s financial services consultancy offering.
The hiring comes shortly after Campbell Tickell promoted Senior Consultant Liz Zacharias to Director level.
Founded in 1998 by Greg Campbell and James Tickell, Campbell Tickell is a consultancy focused on five segments within the public domain: housing, regeneration, health and social care, sport, and charities, as well private sector players that serve these segments including housebuilders, developers, property investment companies, maintenance contractors and legal firms.
