New marketing consultancy launches: Customer First Digital
With more than fifteen years of experience in delivering growth for SME’s and blue-chip clients, Dave Trolle has launched digital consultancy Customer First Digital, with the aim of delivering a no-nonsense pragmatic approach for brands looking to create change and grow their online activity.
Customer First Digital supports both established firms and fellow start-ups to discover their digital opportunity, develop and transform their plan and grow their leads, sales and customer value. "We provide consulting and implementation support across all areas impacting a brands digital performance, including online marketing and web site customer experience,” said company founder Trolle.

The firm also helps its clients with selecting external agencies, leading the procurement process, and with selecting marketing technology solutions, as well as supporting the implementation process.
After only two weeks of trading, Customer First Digital have already won their first consulting project, collaborating with technology start-up Operance in taking their mobile-first smart building application to market. The project includes the development of Operance’s go-to-market digital strategy, in addition to enabling the team to deliver on the plan.
