Publicis Sapient co-launches new AI lab
A collaboration between Publicis Sapient, Elder Research and Tquila is behind the launch of a new lab, aimed at helping clients scale their artificial intelligence programmes. PS AI Labs aims to leverage the expertise of the three organisations to build unique enterprise efficiency and cost optimisation models.
Digital transformation group Publicis Sapient helps established organisations get digitally enabled, both in the way they work and the way they serve their customers. The firm boasts a network of 20,000 people and 53 offices around the globe, and amid the rush among clients to adopt an array of new digital technologies, Publicis Sapient has seen keen demand for its services in recent times.
As companies across the business spectrum look to harness the potential of artificial intelligence in their daily operations, Publicis Sapient has announced a new collaboration with Elder Research and Tquila to launch Publicis Sapient AI Labs (PS AI Labs). The newly formed consulting company will offer an extensive set of data science services to enable digital transformation for large enterprises in North America and Europe.
Commenting on the collaboration, Thomas Kracz, CEO of PS AI Labs, Americas said, “The joint venture with Elder and Tquila enables us to make AI mainstream for our clients and extends our rapidly growing AI and Data capabilities globally.”
The collaboration will draw on Elder Research’s 25 years of experience as a data science consultancy, and Tquila’s record of hiring and rapidly scaling new technology services practices worldwide. As organisations struggle to apply data and AI solutions to complex operations, the new laboratories will look to help solve client problems such and enable Publicis Sapient to remain one of the fastest growing digital business transformation service providers in the world.
AI and data science experts at PS AI Labs will design, build and implement predictive analytics solutions, while leveraging innovative new Publicis solutions such as the Applied Innovation Platform. The platform extends identity data to include enterprise data, allowing PS AI Labs to build unique enterprise efficiency and cost optimisation models.
In a joint-release from the firms, Gerhard Pilcher, Chairman at PS AI Labs and CEO at Elder Research, stated his company’s “rigorous machine learning models” are set to be “turned into enterprise level solutions” thanks to the involvement of Publicis Sapient, which has “experience in driving transformation at scale, thus enabling clients to overhaul their business processes.” James McHugh, CEO at Tquila further added that he believes the combination of all three partners will be “game changing for clients seeking to derive value from Data Sciences.”
Publicis Sapient and data science and predictive analytics consultancy Elder Research have collaborated on enterprise AI engagements for several years across multiple industries. Tquila has previously partnered with Publicis Sapient on Sapient i7, its UK based Salesforce consulting venture launched in April 2018.
