Publicis Sapient launches agentic AI platform for autonomous IT operations
Publicis Sapient has launched Sapient Sustain, an agentic AI platform that enables enterprises to shift from reactive IT support to autonomous operations. According to a release from the firm, the solution will mean that rather than waiting for issues to surface and escalate, “AI agents continuously monitor, detect and resolve incidents before they hit the business.”

In early adoption, it has already helped businesses improve reliability and reduce IT operational costs by up to 45%, Publicis Sapient notes, while delivering up to 8x improvement in mean time to resolution or same day resolution.
One early example comes from automotive giant Nissan. There, Publicis Sapient is supporting business-critical application maintenance services to ensure the stability and reliability of core IT systems that underpin customer-facing operations.
