Five professionals join consulting firm Entec Si
Birmingham-based consulting firm Entec Si has made five appointments across the firm’s business, welcoming Anna Taylor, Charlotte Stayner, Ellis Garton-Marrows, Shaun Richards, and Sarah Frost.
Anna Taylor has joined the team as a principal consultant. She is a business transformation leader, working with the C-suite to deliver complex and disruptive change. Taylor builds turnaround and improvement strategies, leading programmes that require high degrees of automation, digital advancement and organisational restructuring.
Both Charlotte Stanyer and Eilis Garton-Marrows have been appointed into project support roles. Stanyer brings with her a wealth of experience in change facilitation and continuous improvement. Following her psychology degree, she delivered excellent customer service in cross-functional teams within the energy industry, before expanding her skillset with management opportunities.
Stanyer’s love of projects led to her next role as an operational excellence coach where she successfully facilitated end-to-end change and embedded a culture of continuous improvement, delivering financial benefit and improving team performance. She became qualified in Lean Competency Systems and relished training and coaching others in this framework.
With a strong background in projects, Garton-Marrows is skilled at building long-term client relationships. She previously held an events operator role in the hospitality industry.
Shaun Richards has been appointed as a project coordinator. Prior to joining Entec Si, Richards held roles as a planning technician in local government and for a Birmingham planning consultancy.
Completing the quintet, Sarah Frost has been installed as a resource manager. She brings experience within large corporate organisations, along with a background in recruitment and resource management, and experience at a change and transformation management consultancy.
In 2019, Entec Si welcomed seven new professionals to its growing team.
