Birmingham consultancy Entec Si hires three professionals
Fast-growing consultancy Entec Si has strengthened its team with three appointments before the end of the year. Parminder Bahia, Jenna Crompton and Jack Considine have taken the number of hires at the firm in 2019 to seven, with four more appointments on the horizon in early 2020.
Entec Si is a Birmingham-based consultancy company, specialising in IT and business transformation. Operating across a range of industry sectors, Entec Si has significant experience of leading service transformation, ICT projects and programmes.
2019 has proven to be a landmark year for Entec Si in terms of team growth, too. In August, a quadruple contract win saw the firm reach its target of 30% expansion during the latest financial year. Entec Si was also shortlisted for Social Media Marketer of the Year 2019 at the City of Birmingham Business Awards, for its creative use of social channels, while co-founder Eman Al-Hillawi recently picked up the Business Woman of the Year Award for firms of under 50 people at the English Women’s Awards.
On top of this, Entec Si has completed seven hires across its business, while a further four hires will join the company in early 2020 according to co-founder Peter Marsden, making it a momentous year in terms of team growth. Most recently this has seen Entec Si on-board Senior Project Manager Parminder Bahia, Project Coordinator Jenna Crompton, and Business Analyst Jack Considine.
Parminder Bahia arrives as a Senior Project Manager, and will be overseeing multiple customer projects in the coming year. Prior to joining Entec Si, Bahia was a contractor working on customer sites during major business change or project implementation, during which she had to fulfil a multitude of responsibilities from operational to senior management levels.
Jenna Crompton becomes a Project Coordinator with Entec Si, having worked in event management and business travel for the last two years. She also spent 4 years as a front-end website developer for a Birmingham-based corporate communications agency earlier in her career, building responsive, mobile-first corporate websites and digital annual reports for FTSE companies. As a Project Coordinator she will support the Project Manager in ensuring projects are delivered on time, coordinating day-to-day tasks such as stakeholder engagement, diary and RAID management, and formulating action plans.
Jack Considine takes up a position as a Business Analyst with Entec Si, having already spent the past five years in a similar role. Prior to that, Considine also spent a year working in Retail Banking, three in manufacturing, and another year in financial service consulting. His key responsibilities at Entec Si include conducting root cause analysis on issues and proposing solutions to clients, and focusing on analysing business problems to increase efficiencies and bring continuous improvement.
