Birmingham based Entec Si awarded Best Workplaces recognition
Great Place To Work has named Entec Si as one of the UK’s best workplaces. Ranked in the top 30 small organisation, the firm’s commendation is based on a recent staff survey.
To qualify as a great workplace, companies need to score highly on topics including company culture, reward and recognition, wellbeing and people development, quality of leadership, diversity and inclusion, and more. The group used these data insights to benchmark the effectiveness of companies’ employee value propositions against the culture their employees actually experience. Only those businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces status.

Officially announced at the Best Workplaces Awards held at London’s Grosvenor House, Entec Si ranked 21st in the small organisations category. In a recent staff survey, 100% of employees said they felt it was a great place to work, compared to an average of 54% at UK companies a similar size.
