Lancia Consult named Great Place to Work in UK, Singapore, Indonesia and South Africa

Lancia Consult has been listed among the UK’s Great Place to Work index. Independent employee feedback yielded 99% positive feedback, leading the firm to retain its certification as a ‘Great Place to Work’ across the UK, Singapore, Indonesia and South Africa.

With offices in Europe, Asia and Africa, Lancia Consult is a global business and technology consultancy, supporting clients with strategy, transformation and technology advisory services. But for a consultancy expanding across continents, maintaining a people-centred approach, and a consistent employee experience, can become increasingly challenging.

Lancia Consult’s approach has “always been based on the belief that exceptional client outcomes begin with exceptional people”, according to a release from the firm, however. And so creating that culture remained central to the way the business has grown around the world.

Reaping the dividends from this, the latest Great Place To Work survey provided an opportunity to independently assess whether employees experience that culture consistently across the business. And in the 2026 survey, 99% of employees said Lancia Consult is a great place to work, compared with 49% of employees at a typical workplace, providing strong independent validation of the culture the business has worked to build.

“The most rewarding part of this recognition is hearing such consistent feedback from colleagues across four different countries,” said Isabella Jeng, chief people officer and co-founder of Lancia Consult.

Great Place To Work Certification is based entirely on confidential employee feedback. Employees across all four countries highlighted supportive colleagues, approachable leaders, strong teamwork and an environment where people feel trusted to do their best work.

According to Jeng, this level of consistency is so important because it reflects a shared culture across the business that underpins the way Lancia Consult works. It also helps deliver consistently high-quality outcomes for clients.

Jeng concluded, “Culture isn’t something leadership creates on its own. It’s built every day through the relationships people develop, how teams support one another, and our willingness to keep listening, learning and improving. That’s something we’ll continue to invest in as Lancia grows.”
