Mansion House Consulting appoints Jitu Parmar to Strategic Advisor role
One of Europe’s most rapidly growing consultancies has hired a new Strategic Advisor in order to find ways of maintaining its meteoric rise. Jitu Parmar joins Mansion House Consulting with almost four decades of City experience, and will work from the firm’s London headquarters to drum up new business, and expand its global offerings.
IT and technology consultancy Mansion House Consulting (MHC) was one of Europe’s ten fastest growing consultancies last year. The UK-based firm caters to clients in the Financial Services sector from its offices in London, New York, Frankfurt, Singapore and Bangalore. Since the company was founded in 2009, it has spread across the world quickly, and now employs over 300 people worldwide, while ranking as one of the top 600 fastest growing companies in all industries, boasting growth of 198% and revenues of €49.3 million.
In order to cope with booming demand, as well as working to maintain that forward momentum, MHC has hired a new strategic advisor, in the shape of experienced City executive Jitu Parmar.
Parmar brings a wealth of experience to the role having worked in the City for over 37 years with experience in front, middle and back office. His experience entails working at SWIFT for 21 years where his last tenure covered the Customer Security Program (CSP - Cyber protection) covering Americas, UK and Nordics. Parmar’s other past roles have included heading up Capital Markets in UKI Nordics as Head of Investment Banks and acting as Global Head of Sales for Post Trade and FIX solutions. Prior to this, Parmar worked as Head of Technical Sales and CREST for telecoms giant BT between 1991 and 1996.
While he took semi-retirement at the end of last year, leaving SWIFT in December, Parmar was quickly offered a new Non-Executive Directorship and role as a Board Advisor with Ayush Advisory, in April 2018. He will retain this role, alongside his new position as a Strategic Advisor with MHC. Parmar will be based in MHC’s London headquarters, and will work to develop the rapidly expanding firm’s global offerings.
MHC’s CEO, Gerard Kenny commented, “We are delighted to have attracted someone with Jitu’s wealth of knowledge and experience to MHC, I am sure he will make a major contribution to our continued expansion and I am very much looking forward to working with him.”
Parmar added, “I am delighted to work with a very talented executive management team on their journey to help reach their ambitious business goals.”
