Consulting firms Mercer, Towers Watson, Hay Group, Aon Hewitt, Deloitte and PwC are among the top 10 compensation & benefits consultants for HR and C-suite professionals in Singapore. The list of top firms is based on the input of more than 17,000 managers.
Vendors of the Year
Every year, Singapore-based Human Resources Online magazine publishes its Vendors of the Year ranking which lists the most preferred vendors, service providers and consultants chosen by HR and C-suite professionals in Singapore. The list is based on a HR Trends Survey executed by Lighthouse Research.
For this year’s edition, 17,723 professionals (84% senior HR and 16% CEO, MD or GM) were surveyed, which resulted in a list of 125 preferred HR vendors across 17 categories. These categories include the top consultants for recruitment, employee healthcare, relocation, training venues, payroll, and succession planning.
Best compensation & benefits consultants
The category 'compensation & benefits' recognises the consulting firms that HR professionals and business leaders in Singapore (and the region) trust the most to consult on among others their executive reward, salary and remuneration needs. Mercer was chosen as the best consultancy, a position which it has held since the launch of the annual rankings in 2006, followed by Towers Watson and Hay Group. An overview of the top 10:
