HRG selects FTI Consulting for financial communications advisory

Hogg Robinson Group has hired FTI Consulting to provide financial and corporate communications advisory to the company. The work will be delivered by a UK-based team, led by Senior Managing Director John Waples.

Hogg Robinson Group was founded in 1845 and today is the holding company of a number of companies, including HRG and Freedom. The company provides corporate services related to travel, expense and data management, leveraging a number of proprietary technologies. The company, whose turnover this year was £318 million, employs more than 5,000 people globally.

Hogg Robinson Group’s announcement sees FTI Consulting take on the role of financial and corporate communications adviser to the company. The global brief will be performed out of the UK-based team, with Senior Managing Director John Waples, to lead the team, which also includes Managing directors Elspeth Rothwell and Matthew O’Keeffe.
