North Highland promotes Marc Helberg to Vice President
North Highland has promoted Marc Helberg to Vice President. Helberg takes the lead of the firm’s New York market, in addition to his role as lead in Philadelphia and Basking Ridge, New Jersey. Responsibilities include continuing the growth of the firm’s US North East practice.
Marc Helberg has been with North Highland since 2006 when he joined the firm as a Principal – he serves as lead in Philadelphia and Basking Ridge, New Jersey. Earlier roles include Principal at The Pacesetter Group, from 2000 until 2006; Consultant at PwC for two years, from 1998 until 2000; Analytics Manager for Winchester Highland Management for a year; Provider Manager at Tufts Health Plan for a year; and Provider Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachussetts, where he started his career in 1993.
Helberg holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications and Public Relations from the University of Boston.
In his new role, Helberg will be tasked with leading the firm’s New York market; he will continue to lead the firm's New Jersey operations. His mandate includes growing the firm’s presence in the Northeast of the US and further expanding the firm's track record in the marketplace. Helberg will report to the firm’s leader of the North & UK region, Alex Bombeck.
Bombeck says, “With Marc’s leadership, we’ll continue to strengthen and leverage our trusted relationships in the Northeast region, allowing us to deliver even more value to our clients. Combining his track record of success in Philadelphia and Basking Ridge, along with our phenomenal expertise in New York, is a powerful combination for North Highland.”
Earlier this year North Highland added legal expert Hunter Holliday to its team – he joined from Alston & Bird and is based in Atlanta.
