North Highland promotes four to Associate Vice President in UK

Global change and transformation consultancy North Highland has promoted four of its London-based members to Associate Vice President.

With over 1,500 consultants and staff across offices in the US and the UK, North Highland is one of the larger management consulting firms. Part of the Cordence Worldwide network, the firm can tap into a global footprint spanning over 5,000 consultants across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Oceania. 

Effective 1 January 2021, the firm’s London office has appointed four new Associate Vice Presidents: 

Elisabeth Coates, Catherine Harrisson, Mark Len, Craig Spence

Elisabeth Coates – she has been with North Highland in the UK since 2016 having previously served Deloitte Consulting and BT in its Global Services division. Coates is an award-winning consultant, in 2018 she was named UK’s Change Management Consultant of the Year by the MCA, during the MCA’s annual awards for consulting excellence. 

Coates leads the People & Change practice at North Highland, as well as advising her clients and delivering on large transformation programmes. 

Catherine Harrisson – she has been with the global management consulting for over twelve years. Harrisson leads the Organisational Strategy & Design practice in the UK, and is an expert in creating and embedding organisation designs, operating frameworks and competencies and career paths. She also supports clients with their agile transformations, and has a focus on the retail and financial services sectors. 

Mark Len – formerly a consultant at PwC for seven years and an internal consultant at telecom company Alpheus, Len has been with North Highland since 2008. He is a leader in North Highland's Programme and Project Management practice, a Service Offering lead for Enterprise Portfolio Management and is one of the firm’s subject matter experts on transformation and portfolio management. 

Len has experience across a variety of industry sectors with a focus on the transportation, infrastructure and professional services sectors.

Craig Spence – he is a client executive for North Highland in the UK, focussing on the central government portfolio. Spence joined North Highland in 2015, having previously served Accenture for eight years in its London office.

In the same global promotion round, North Highland also appointed six Associate Vice Presidents in the US.
