Andrew Tarver new CEO of financial services firm Capco

Financial services specialist Capco has appointed Andrew Tarver as the new Managing Director of its UK business unit. The thirty-five year old Tarver was previously a Partner in Capco's Capital Markets team. The previous country head, Ismail Amla, has been promoted to lead the North American practice. 

Andrew Tarver has over 12 years of experience in financial services consultancy serving tier one capital markets clients. He joined Capco in 2010 from Accenture where he was a Partner in the firm's Capital Markets practice. At both consulting firms he has been responsible for several large transformations in the area of target operating models, process-transformations, technology and change management.
