Yvette Connor leaves Marsh for Alvarez & Marsal

Global consulting firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has appointed Yvette Connor as Managing Director in its Insurance & Risk Advisory Services Practice. Connor, who joins from counterpart Marsh, will operate from A&M's offices in Denver and New York.

Yvette Connor has more than 20 years of experience in the development and implementation of risk frameworks. She specializes in the link between strategic planning and risk management. At Marsh Connor played an important role in building the business in the US into a leading player. Prior to her period at Marsh, she was the Director of Risk Management at Vulcan (an American investment and project management organization) and Director of Insurance and Risk Financing at Sutter Health (an American health care institution).
