Hay group U.S. appoints C.J. Bolster new CEO

Hay Group has appointed C.J. Bolster as the new Managing Director of the United States country organization. He replaces Gene Bauer, who has retired after a 32-year career at the consulting firm. Bolster will report to Israel Berman, Global Managing Director of Hay's mature markets.

Bolster has over 30 years of consulting experience, of which 20 years at Hay Group and several years at KPMG. Prior to his current post, he held various roles including leader of specialized industries, the Healthcare sector and head of the U.S. Southeast region. Bolster has a Master of Science in Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, New York.
