Analysys Mason promotes Miltos Andriopoulos to partner in transaction practice

Miltos Andriopoulos has become a partner in Analysys Mason’s transaction practice. According to Analysys Mason, his move to partner reflects “the firm’s continued commitment to strengthening its global transaction advisory capabilities across business-critical technology and digital infrastructure”.

Established in 1985 as telecoms research and advisory firm, Analysys Mason has since expanded into a specialist consultancy, working with clients in the telecoms, digital infrastructure, software, IT services, space, defence, manufacturing and logistics sectors. With an expert team of over 400 colleagues, it now serves as a trusted partner of major enterprises, operators, government authorities and prominent investors across over 140 countries.

Miltos Andriopoulos is based in Analysys Mason’s London office, and since joining the firm in 2014, he has worked with operators, investors and governments across five continents. During that time, he has played a leading role in a wide range of complex engagements, including commercial advisory work for major telecoms infrastructure assets, business planning for mobile network companies, strategy development for integrated operators and transaction support for digital infrastructure platforms.

Alessandro Ravagnolo, co-head of Analysys Mason’s Transaction practice, said, “Miltos has played a central role in the growth of our transaction practice.”

Analysys Mason has promoted Andriopoulos to partner, recognising his substantial contribution to that transaction practice. Combining deep sector expertise with a strong commitment to deliver great value for clients, his promotion reflects Analysys Mason’s continued focus on building deep specialist expertise and developing future leaders, the firm said.

Ludwig Preller, co-head of Analysys Mason’s transaction practice alongside Alessandro Ravagnolo, commented, “His promotion reflects Analysys Mason’s ability to develop senior talent from within, and we are pleased to welcome Miltos as a Partner.”

Looking to the future, Andriopoulos added, “I am proud to take on the partner role at Analysys Mason. Over the past 12 years I have worked across spreadsheets, managed service agreements and site visits on five continents, and I have loved every bit of it. I look forward to continuing to help clients shape the next wave of change across digital infrastructure and telecoms, and to supporting the next generation of talent within the firm.”
