Nine Feet Tall strengthens leadership team with Verity Hart appointment
Management consultancy Nine Feet Tall has welcomed Verity Hart as a senior manager. She brings more than 25 years of experience to the firm.
Hart commented, “Alongside the senior team and supported by our talented colleagues, my focus will be on further building our capabilities in target operating model and organisational design, with a particular focus on cultural and behavioural change. Nine Feet Tall is in an exciting period of growth and this position presented a great opportunity for me to take the next step in my career. Nine Feet Tall works with organisations across retail and consumer goods, housing, construction, manufacturing, legal and the third sector, helping businesses become more profitable, agile and competitive. It is headquartered in Bath, with more than 50 staff across offices in London and Manchester.
Hart has worked across sectors including retail, energy, infrastructure, aerospace, defence, and life sciences. She has wide ranging experience, including solution shaping and mobilisation across complex programmes, implementation of structured change methodologies, and the practical application of AI and automation.
Prior to joining Nine Feet Tall, Hart was a senior principal consultant at Muuto Consulting, as well as having previously led change programmes within Central England Co-operative, N Brown Group and Sainsbury’s. At Nine Feet Tall, she will lead culture and behavioural transformation programmes for clients across the UK.
