SCCG appoints Krzysztof Kotarski as senior consultant

Krzysztof Kotarski has joined The Supply Chain Consulting Group in its UK team. Arriving as a senior consultant, he brings more than 15 years of experience to the firm.

Established in 2004, the Supply Chain Consulting Group (SCCG) is a consultancy specialising in logistics expertise, operating in the UK, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and the US. It is owned and led by its directors, who are actively involved in project delivery and client engagements, whilst being supported by a senior team of consultants. Driven by this leadership, SCCG has completed more than 700 projects for over 400 clients across all sectors and five continents.

As SCCG looks to grow its brand and reach in 2026, the firm has announced the hire of Krzysztof Kotarski as a senior consultant. He specialises in bridging the gap between technical developers and operational stakeholders, ensuring systems perform as intended in live warehouse environments.

Kotarski’s experience spans the Blue Yonder and WMS-WCS systems, as well as complex automation transformations. In recent projects for employers and contractors, he has helped to deliver projects resulting in an 15% increase in peak throughput, 97% dispatch adherence, and improved stock integrity through redesigned inventory controls – for clients including Gousto, XPO Logistics and Lakeland.

Speaking on his new chapter with SCCG, Kotarski said via LinkedIn, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as senior consultant at SCCG!
