Oliver Wyman hires two new partners in London: Aymen Saleh and Iain Anstess
Oliver Wyman, a global strategy and management consulting firm, has strengthened its Financial Services practice with Aymen Saleh and Iain Anstess.
Aymen Saleh brings nearly two decades of experience advising CEOs and senior executives across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the US in retail banking, wealth and asset management, capital markets, and insurance. His expertise spans strategy development, organizational effectiveness, cost optimization, post-merger integration, digital and analytics enablement, and end-to-end operational excellence.
Before joining Oliver Wyman, Saleh spent nearly two decades at Boston Consulting Group, where he led some of the largest banking transformations worldwide. His work included complex post‑merger integrations, end‑to‑end organizational and operating model redesigns, and major front‑ and back‑office efficiency programs. He began his professional journey as a software engineer at IBM.
“Aymen brings deep financial services expertise alongside a strong technology and transformation background. His ability to translate strategy into change at scale will be a tremendous asset to our clients,” said Elie Farah, Head of Banking and Financial Services in Europe.
Ted Moynihan, Managing Partner of Oliver Wyman, added: “We are pleased to welcome Aymen to our senior leadership team and look forward to working with him to deepen our client relationships and help address our clients’ most pressing challenges.”
Iain Anstess advises senior leaders on designing and delivering large-scale organizational change, with a particular focus on operating model and system design, organizational optimization, and performance transformation. He supports clients with transforming how they operate, improving performance, and unlocking long-term value.
At Oliver Wyman, Anstess joins both the Financial Services, focusing on banking and insurance clients. He also becomes a member of the Performance Transformation practice, which will see him provide organizational change expertise to clients across a range of industries, including energy, utilities, media, and the public sector.
Before joining Oliver Wyman, Anstess was a partner at Q5, where he led the Financial Services and Professional Services practices. He has also held leadership roles in both the private and nonprofit sectors, building expertise in organizational effectiveness, change management, and strategic transformation.
“We are delighted to welcome Iain to Oliver Wyman,” said Moynihan. “We look forward to his impact on our clients.”
