HaysMac strengthens Tax practice with partner hire Phil Clayton

HaysMac, a 25-year-old accounting and advisory business, has strengthened its Private Client Tax Team with partner hire Phil Clayton.

Phil Clayton specialises in advising entrepreneurs, business owners, management teams, and individuals at every stage of the business lifecycle, from initial structuring and growth to disposals, takeovers, and succession planning. He also provides tax efficient guidance for sports professionals and entertainers on global endorsements, sponsorships, and personal planning.
