Specialist procurement consultancy Added Value Enterprises hits 25 people
Added Value Enterprises, a specialist food-focused procurement consultancy, has grown rapidly over the last 12 months. With demand rising across the segment, it has seen its headcount hit a milestone of 25 experts.
Established in the West Midlands in 2021, Added Value Experts (AVE) specialises in, providing our customers with sustainable and measurable cost savings, smarter purchasing, and other solutions aiming to help clients save time, ensure compliance and improve their customer experience. The firm suggests this offering can deliver an average saving of 15-18% for clients’ purchases.
AVE works with some of the UK’s leading contract caterers, such as Aspens Services. And as the food and drink sector in the UK faces a series of hurdles in 2026, it has seen growth scale by 225% over the last 12 months, due to its increased service offering and successful expansion into the hospitality and care sectors.
Having scaled its headcount to 25, including the strategic recruitment of industry specialists, it now has a presence in the residential care and hospitality sectors. The firm has subsequently secured commercial partnerships with both independent brands and larger enterprises, including Exemplar Care, Cream Care and Nansen Green Catering.
As a result, the business is fast-becoming a leading industry name synonymous with smarter procurement and is now on track to accelerate managed spend, having already surpassed £100 million in 2025.
