Moore Kingston Smith bolsters tax team with new partner Victoria Nicoll
Multi-disciplinary advisory firm Moore Kingston Smith has named Victoria Nicoll as a new tax partner. She brings extensive experience advising owner‑managed businesses and entrepreneurial clients in the UK.
Nicoll commented, “The firm’s commitment to the entrepreneurial community across London and Beds, Bucks and Herts really stood out to me, as did the collaborative culture and client focused approach here. I’m excited to join the partnership and to work with colleagues across the firm to deliver first-class client service and access to a broad range of expertise.”
Nicoll began her career with KPMG as a tax consultant in 2003. After six years, she joined Price Bailey as a director in the tax consulting team, before a three-year spell in corporate tax with WMT Chartered accountants, beginning in 2018. She later also spent three years as corporate tax director with Crowe, before arriving at Moore Kingston Smith.
As a tax partner with Moore Kingston Smith, Nicoll will work closely with private businesses, advising on matters ranging from growth planning and structuring through to succession planning, next‑generation transition and exit. She will also draw on experience from covering acquisitions, evolving operating models, reward structures and strategic planning for both the business and the owners.
Matt Meadows, managing partner at Moore Kingston Smith concluded, “We’re delighted to welcome Victoria. Her experience, collaborative approach and clear focus on understanding what matters most to clients make her a great fit for our tax team as we continue to support businesses navigating an increasingly complex environment.”
