Sullivan & Stanley appoints Accenture veteran Andy Haley as CEO

Business transformation consultancy Sullivan & Stanley has appointed a new CEO. Andy Haley joins Sullivan & Stanley after two decades at Accenture.

Pat Lynes, founder of Sullivan & Stanley, said, “From the moment I met Andy, it was clear he understands what makes Sullivan & Stanley different and how we can bring even greater value to our clients. Our Intelligent Enterprise proposition is already helping organisations rethink how they deliver transformation, and with Andy’s leadership we can scale that impact even further.”

Launched in 2016 by Lynes, Sullivan & Stanley was born out of a desire to challenge traditional consulting models that often lead to transformation failure. The firm works as a transformation partner to enterprises, helping to align AI, technology and execution to deliver sustained performance and growth.

According to Lynes, the move comes in response to the changing demands of clients, who “want partners who combine insight with execution” and “are bold enough to challenge traditional models”. Lynes noted that this is “exactly where Andy excels”.

Haley joins Sullivan & Stanley after almost 20 years at Accenture, where he built a brand as a client-centric leader relentlessly focused on how to drive value and outcomes at the intersection of business and technology. Within that, he built a reputation on “doing things differently”; and being “committed to cutting out the bureaucracy that so often slows progress” – with a leadership style about staying close to clients, empowering teams and “delivering what clients really care about.”

The appointment marks the next stage in Sullivan & Stanley’s evolution as it accelerates its Intelligent Enterprise strategy, strengthens its operational foundations and continues to expand MissionHub.ai – its proprietary AI platform designed to disrupt outdated consulting models. Looking ahead, Lynes said with Haley at the helm, the firm would “continue building trusted relationships”, and expand the value delivered through MissionHub.ai to help clients “achieve faster, smarter and more sustainable outcomes.”

Haley added, “What excites me most about joining Sullivan & Stanley is the opportunity to help our clients succeed in a world that is only getting more complex. The firm has built trusted relationships through its senior client communities, and its track record for delivering real value is second to none. Behind that is a talented team of energetic professionals who put client success at the heart of everything they do. I’m excited to be part of this journey and to work alongside our clients in creating the next generation of enterprise performance.”
