Dan Ridler joins Sullivan & Stanley as chief customer officer
Sullivan & Stanley has appointed Dan Ridler as chief customer officer, bringing two decades of experience to the firm. He occupies a newly created leadership role designed to strengthen the connection between the transformation consultancy’s market strategy, client needs and successful delivery.
Andy Haley, chief executive officer at Sullivan & Stanley, commented, “Dan joins Sullivan & Stanley at an exciting point in our growth… His experience of scaling high-performing consulting businesses, combined with his unwavering focus on delivering measurable outcomes for clients, makes him a natural fit for our growing team. As we continue investing in our client experience and expanding our capabilities, Dan will play a pivotal role in helping our clients realise greater value from their transformation ambitions.”
Founded in 2016 by Pat Lynes, Sullivan & Stanley was born out of a desire to challenge traditional consulting models that often lead to transformation failure. Ridler joins Sullivan & Stanley with more than 20 years of consulting experience across financial services.
Like Haley, Ridler joins as a veteran from Accenture, where he was a managing director. Prior to this, held the same rank with BCS Consulting. His experience across both specialist consultancies and global firms gives him a strong perspective on how to combine the agility and close client relationships of a challenger consultancy with the discipline and scale of a larger organisation.
Looking ahead, he will oversee Sullivan & Stanley’s customer strategy from initial market engagement through to handover to delivery, ensuring long-term client value. As part of the new role, Ridler will also be accountable for revenue and client profit and loss.
Ridler concluded, “What attracted me to Sullivan & Stanley was its ambition to do consulting differently. The firm has already built strong momentum, and I’m excited to help build on those foundations. Having worked across both specialist consultancies and global firms, I’m looking forward to bringing those experiences together to help our clients navigate increasingly complex transformation challenges and support the next stage of the firm’s growth.”
