Lavasource launches North American wing in Delaware
UK professional services firm Lavasource has expanded into North America. The HR and business transformation consultancy will operate from a new office in Delaware, as it grows across the Atlantic.
Founded in 2021, in Daresbury, Lavasource is a firm specialising in business transformation services across HR, payroll, and technology. Headquartered at the Innovation Centre within the national science and innovation campus Sci-Tech Daresbury in the Liverpool City Region, the firm already boasts a number of global clients – with growing demand in the US.
Moving to better support them, Lavasource’s new hub in Delaware presents a strategic investment in what the firm believes is “one of the most dynamic and innovative HR and technology markets in the world”.
“This is a natural next step in our journey,” commented Mark Brooks-Lewis, founder and CEO of Lavasource. “North America is where many of our clients are headquartered, where much of today’s technology innovation is happening and where we’re seeing the fastest growth in demand for our services. Establishing a local presence allows us to better support our clients and partners, deepen relationships and deliver greater global impact.”
Lavasource has successfully delivered large-scale transformation projects in more than 70 countries, supporting clients across a diverse range of industries. By establishing a stronger local presence, Lavasource is enhancing support for clients with in-region experts. The closer proximity also enables greater face-to-face engagement and alignment with key strategic technology partners, reinforcing the company’s focus on delivering tailored solutions and long-term value while continuing to build on the success of its growing North American client base.
Speaking on the news, Marshall Fowle, director for corporate technology in HR and legal systems at Norstella, a Pennsylvanian biotechnology company and client of Lavasource said that working with the firm had been “a game-changer for us”.
Fowle added, “Their ability to combine deep technical know-how with a clear understanding of our business challenges meant we could accelerate our transformation while minimising disruption. Having a North American presence will only make that partnership and ongoing support stronger.”
