London-based accountancy and tax advisory firm HaysMac has promoted three company members to Director level: Jackson Berry, Lotte Williams, and Nicky Dockree.

Jackson Berry has been with HaysMac since 2021, arriving with a background in audit. A member of the Social Purpose team, he supports a diverse range of not for profit organisations, charities, and social enterprises with topics including audit, financial excellence, and regulatory compliance.

On his promotion, he said: “I’m delighted to be promoted to Director and look forward to contributing towards the future successes of the firm. I have worked with some incredible people and clients over the years, and the opportunity to grow alongside them in this new role – while playing a greater part in HaysMac’s strategic direction – is a hugely rewarding next step.”

Lotte Williams joined HaysMac in 2014 and has played an important role within the Retail practice, advising a range of businesses in the sector including mid-sized businesses and scale-ups. She supports clients with complex audit and assurance engagements – often involving multi-entity structures, international operations, and private equity stakeholders.

“It’s a privilege to be promoted to Director and continue my journey with HaysMac,” Williams said. “I’ve progressed through the ranks because of the dedicated focus to nurture talent from within the firm, and I’m excited to continue to support our people, and look forward to playing a greater leadership role across the firm.”

Another homegrown talent, Nicky Dockree joined HaysMac in 2016 and is a key member of the Hospitality team, advising clients across the hotel, leisure, restaurant and pub sectors. With a background in audit, Dockree supports owner-managed businesses, private equity-backed groups as well as AIM-listed clients.

“I’m proud to be stepping into the Director role at a firm that has supported my development since day one. The hospitality sector is fast-changing and resilient, and I’m excited to continue working closely with our clients as they grow and evolve. I’m looking forward to contributing more strategically to our sector offering, strengthening client relationships, and playing a bigger role in mentoring our team as we continue to grow as a sector and as a firm.”

Commenting on the promotions, Natasha Frangos, Managing Partner of HaysMac, said: “Lotte, Nicky and Jackson are outstanding professionals who have grown with the firm and embody the values we stand for. Their promotions are richly deserved and reflect the calibre of leadership we are building as we look ahead to the next phase of our growth.”

Previously known as haysmacintyre, HaysMac has around over 550 partners and staff. The company was recently named one of the top employers in the professional services industry by The Sunday Times.
