Mark Holborow becomes partner in insolvency and restructuring arm of Crowe

Professional services firm Crowe has promoted Mark Holborow to partner in its insolvency and restructuring business.

Mark Holborow brings almost 20 years of insolvency and restructuring expertise to the partnership, gained at Big Four and mid-tier advisory firms. He has been with Crowe since 2022.

With a focus on helping clients in financial distress to navigate uncertainty, Holborow has particular expertise in restructuring advisory for businesses aiming to avoid formal insolvency. Working with accountants, lawyers and institutional investors, he supports clients in understanding their options and duties to restructure and rescue businesses, and to protect creditors’ positions if no better outcome can be achieved.

Holborow’s clients span various industries and sectors, from start-ups to mature enterprises, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, large national companies, and non-profit organisations. He often works on behalf of corporates, lenders and investors.

As a licensed insolvency practitioner, Holborow has experience in administrations, creditors’ voluntary liquidations, company voluntary arrangements and members’ voluntary liquidations.
