Mitesh Patelia steps into role of CEO at Crowe
Mitesh Patelia will succeed Nigel Bostock, after the best part of a decade at the head of Crowe in the UK. Patelia has been with the firm for close to two decades.
Following an announcement in May 2026 that Nigel Bostock would be stepping down as leader of Crowe’s UK firm, a planned leadership transition has now completed. The national audit, tax, advisory and consulting firm is now led by Mitesh Patelia, who has officially taken up the role of CEO.
With more than 20 years’ experience, Patelia brings a strong track record of client leadership and a clear ambition to build on Crowe’s established market position, invest in its people and accelerate innovation across its services. His appointment reflects Crowe’s focus on quality, deep industry specialism, and delivering lasting value for clients and its people.
