BBGC and ClearDox partner to improve document management in commodities
International consultancy firm BBGC has inked a partnership with ClearDox, a provider of solutions that helps companies digitise and automate their document management processes.
London-headquartered BBGC is a consulting firm that helps companies in the commodities industry streamline their operations, manage risk, and drive growth. Its clients include players – producers, processors and traders – from multiple commodity segments, such as agriculture, oil & gas, energy, metals & mining, and financial services.
“This partnership with ClearDox addresses the increasing demand for advanced technology and data-driven workflows within the commodities sector,” said Amir Soufizadeh, Director at BBGC.
That demand stems from that fact that some players still use paper documents in their processes, or because they are not adept in using the trove of data in their documents to fuel better decision-making. The full lifecycle of document management meanwhile is a costly process, with significant potential to be uncovered though automation and digitisation.
The ClearDox platform helps commodity companies address these challenges through tooling for document digitisation, automation of processes and workflows, and then by providing insights from document analysis.
As a consulting and implementation partner, BBGC will advise commodity groups on how they can enhance their document management processes, and use insights to driver enhanced decision-making. The consulting firm will also guide joint clients through the implementation process.
