Alvarez & Marsal adds Korn Ferry partner Anthony McNulty to People & Reward arm

Global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal has welcomed Anthony McNulty to its team in Scotland.

Appointed a Managing Director in the firm’s Glasgow office, Anthony McNulty brings over 30 years of experience advising boards and senior leadership on aligning reward, workforce design, and organisational performance. He becomes a member of the People, Reward & Performance practice.

McNulty has previously held senior roles across consulting and industry. He most recently spent seven years at Korn Ferry, where he was a Senior Client Partner leading the Total Rewards practice for the UK market. Before that, he was Head of UK HR & Global Reward at Howden Group, and worked at Heineken, among others.

At Alvarez & Marsal, McNulty will advise clients on topic such as workforce transformation, job architectures, performance-linked reward models, and strategic workforce planning.

Alvarez & Marsal’s People, Reward & Performance practice is relatively young – the arm launched in 2024 and has since grown to host core teams in London, Glasgow, Zurich, Dubai and Amsterdam.
