Xynteo appoints Amy Marshall as managing director for Europe
Specialist sustainability consultancy Xynteo has appointed Amy Marshall as Managing Director for Europe. She will work to help expand the firm’s capabilities across the continent, as it supports clients with the drive to net zero.

Xynteo is a global organisational consulting firm, specialising in helping large organisations improve their environmental and social impact. According to Lundsgaard Nielsen, the continental leadership of Marshall will help to deepen the firm’s impact with clients, and find solutions to the most impactful sustainability challenges they face.
Marshall brings over two decades of leadership experience in business transformation, strategic growth, and innovation to her role. Most recently, she served as a partner at PA Consulting, where she spearheaded transformative projects, including advancements in e-mobility and electric vehicle ecosystems. Previously, she also served as a director at KPMG for seven years, delivering high-impact solutions and transactions in complex business environments across the energy transition.
Marshall focused on consumer energy, electric vehicles and e-mobility over that time – but also took on a business development directorship with Engage Consulting. She joins Xynteo’s London office, and will now use that experience to lead the firm’s growth plans in the UK and Europe, as well as the scaling of its global clean mobility, clean technology, and energy transition practices.
