Rimkus appoints David Waddle as director in London

David Waddle has become a director with Rimkus. Based in London, he will help the firm to bolster its delay and construction management and expert witness offerings.
Chris McCormick, managing director for delay across Rimkus’ EMEA region, said, "I am delighted that David has decided to join Rimkus. As a testifying delay expert of considerable experience, David further strengthens Rimkus’ growing global delay expert service offering.”
Rimkus is a global provider of engineering, technical, and construction consulting to corporations, insurance companies, law firms, and government agencies. Waddle is a well-known expert in his field. His reputation for excellence will continue to strengthen Rimkus' position as a trusted partner in resolving complex construction disputes.
With more than two decades of experience in civil engineering and construction contracting, Waddle transitioned to consultancy in 2000. He has since built a successful track record in expert witness roles, regularly presenting evidence in tribunals before the Technology and Construction Court (TCC), Court of Session (Scotland), arbitration panels, and adjudications, for some of the most complex and high-value construction disputes across the UK and internationally.
Waddle specialises in the forensic analysis of project delay. His cross-sector expertise has contributed to resolve some of the most complex infrastructure, building, and energy sector disputes in recent years.
He said of his new challenge, “Rimkus has an enviable and growing reputation as a global forensic and expert witness firm. When the opportunity arose to join the team, I didn’t think twice. Now I am looking forward to working alongside some of the best experts that also have a wealth of practical industry experience; involved in some very challenging and technically interesting projects.”
