OC&C appoints Ben Gregory as partner in UK TMT team

Ben Gregory has joined OC&C Strategy Consultants from Teneo. He arrives as a partner in the firm’s London-based TMT sector team.

While 2024 saw a subdued year of trading for M&A in the TMT sector, growing demand for several key technologies mean that the sector is expecting a busy 2025. Amid the continued hype for AI, and the gradual expansion of standalone 5G networks, this means consultants in the sector are bracing for rising demand.

Global management consulting firm OC&C’s TMT team provide a depth of expertise and sector insight to clients across technology, business information services and media, and consumer internet, among others. OC&C has strengthened its TMT offering with the arrival of Gregory – who will become a partner in the practice.

Gregory joins OC&C from Teneo, where he was managing director and EMEA client lead in the private equity growth practice. His expertise lies in growth strategy, pricing and packaging, revenue model design, and proposition development. He also brings significant experience across the deal cycle, including commercial due diligence and post-deal value creation planning.
