Rimkus appoints Nasir Khan as Managing Director in London office
Rimkus, a global professional services firm, has appointed Nasir Khan as a Managing Director in its forensic consulting and dispute resolution business.
Nasir Khan brings over 20 years of experience in the construction, engineering, and infrastructure industries to Rimkus, specialised in dispute resolution, claims advisory, and legal matters. He is a chartered quantity surveyor and a chartered procurement specialist.
Khan previously worked for HKA, and before that held roles at project management business Currie & Brown and construction group Laing O'Rourke. He also spent over eight years at Network Rail, where he led its commercial management and dispute resolution operation for over £1 billion spend across assets within its national portfolio.
His extensive experience includes drafting and administering major forms of contracts and providing advice on both standard suites and bespoke forms.

At Rimkus, Khan will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects and taking a lead role in new appointments and technical deliverables.

Outside of Rimkus, Nasir Khan is the chair of the UK Construction Industry Council (CIC) Liability Panel and the Founding Director and Vice Chair of the CIArb Pakistan Branch. He also co-founded Muslims in Rail, a community interest company, and sits on various charitable advisory boards. In recognition of his contributions to equality, diversity, and inclusion, he was awarded an MBE by Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
