Technology Holdings named Great Place to Work in the UK for the 2nd year
Technology Holdings has been recognised as one of the United Kingdom’s leading employers for the second consecutive year.
Headquartered in London, Technology Holdings is a global boutique investment bank dedicated to delivering M&A and capital raising advisory services to companies in the technology, software, consulting, healthcare and business process management sectors.
In the latest Great Place to Work benchmark of employer practices, conducted annually by Great Place to Work Institute, Technology Holdings was yet again named among the country’s top performers. With 33% of its workforce being female globally, the firm also stands out as a diverse employer.
Employer ratings in the benchmark are based on a two-step process that includes a survey of staff and a review of HR policies, with only the top performing companies being handed the ‘Great Place to Work’ certificate. Notably, 88% of staff said Technology Holdings is a great place to work, and even 100% said the firm ranks excellent on leadership, camaraderie, and fairness.
“By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that Technology Holdings stands out as one of the top companies to work for in the United Kingdom, providing a great workplace environment for its employees,” said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place to Work.
Commenting on the recognition, Vivek Subramanyam, Founder and CEO of Technology Holdings said, “We are thrilled to be Great Place to Work Certified once again. This recognition is a testament to our dedication, collaboration, diversity and shared commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. We believe our employees are our greatest asset, and this certification reflects our ongoing efforts to create a culture where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.”
Geeta Ramanathan, President and COO of Technology Holdings added, “We are immensely proud that we have yet again achieved this certification. Our employees are the heart of our company, and we are committed to continually enhancing their experience. It is gratifying to see our efforts toward building a collaborative and empowering work environment reflected in our team’s feedback.”
Technology Holdings has a global headcount of 120 professionals across its offices in Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific.
