Deecon Consulting welcomes Adam Skinner as Chief Consulting Officer
Adam Skinner has been appointed as chief consulting officer at Deecon Consulting. In the newly created role, Skinner will help the firm continue its strong growth, supporting its plans for expanding its services and geographies.
Commenting on the growth plans, Darren Gillard, CEO of Deecon Consulting said, “We’ve had a great few years and have worked with some wonderful clients that have allowed us to grow our ambition. As well as organic growth we’re looking to expand geographically with a new Midlands office and activity in the EMEA region, and we see real potential in growing out our transformation capability.”

Skinner brings over 20 years of transformation consulting experience to Deecon Consulting, with the past 8 years spent helping to scale P2 Consulting as their director of consulting, followed by 2 years as partner and head of consulting at Valcon.
Speaking about the move, Skinner added, “I’ve known and worked with the Deecon Consulting team for a few years now and always enjoyed their energy, integrity and professional competence. But what really makes them special is their absolute focus on doing the ‘right’ thing – for instance I can’t think of any other consulting firm of scale that’s genuinely 50/50 male to female. And that commitment is reflected in the warmth generated within many of their long-term client relationships.”
An expert in portfolio, program, and project management, Skinner is a published author on the topic.
