Birmingham-based Entec Si promotes three professionals
Birmingham-based change consultancy Entec Si has promoted Devesh Punjani, Amar Assi and Eilis Garton-Marrows to more senior roles.

With almost a decade of experience at Entec Si, Devesh Punjani has been announced as a senior consultant. According to a release from Entec Si, Punjani has been integral to the success of some of the business’s flagship projects. As a senior consultant, Punjani will be instrumental in developing strategic guidance for the business and helping to foster junior talent.

Amar Assi is a fellow Entec Si veteran, having joined the firm in 2016. During her eight years spent at Entec Si, Amar’s team leadership and relationship-building skills have made her instrumental in the delivery of over 44 projects. She has also received extra responsibilities to further support the delivery of successful change across an array of clients and sectors.
Eilis Garton-Marrows will also be receiving fresh remits within a new role. In the next step in her consultancy journey, following almost five years within Entec Si, she will be focused on helping to support the delivery of a suite of projects, generating change for good and delivering impactful transformation projects.
