Vernon Baxter joins CF as health investing specialist
CF has hired Vernon Baxter as a health investing specialist. He will now support the expansion of CF’s growing healthcare investing practice.

Baxter’s addition to the team marks another milestone for CF, as it looks to expand its M&A and strategic advisory work with private equity, health insurance and private provider clients across Europe. He will now advise CF and the firm’s clients across commercial and operational due diligence, value creation and growth strategy consulting, working alongside recently appointed healthcare investing partner, Jamil Anakkar.
Bringing an extensive background in the UK’s health and social care investment market to CF, Baxter has reported on UK M&A activity for over 15 years, convening major industry events. With a network spanning health investors, executives, funders and advisors he previously led Investor Publishing and HealthInvestor UK for over a decade. He also advises a range of stakeholders across health and social care, including HolonIQ, a leading provider of global impact intelligence, having established its healthcare division in 2022.
