Entourage Collection secures capital for US growth
Travel company Entourage Collection has enjoyed a successful growth capital raise, as the trans-Atlantic firm aims to expand its US presence. Consultants from Adam Street Advisers worked as exclusive financial advisors to Entourage Collection throughout the process.
Based in New York City, with an additional office in London, Entourage Collection is a company which provides concierge services to ultra-high net worth (UHNW) families and individuals. Working with an extensive list of businesses servicing the luxury industry, Entourage arranges luxury travel and provides advisory services to the luxury hospitality sector and select luxury brands.
Even with the global uncertainty of the pandemic, this network of suppliers, and its monied client base means Entourage has still managed to grow rapidly since its inception in 2010. The firm has seen its revenue grow by ten times over that past four years, without external investment – with the largest level of that growth coming in the last two years.
But as Entourage looks to meet booming demand for luxury travel among UHNW markets, it has determined that the time is right to seek additional funding. To scale more rapidly, it has undertaken a growth capital raise, led by its US and British-Australian family offices, to further develop its tech infrastructure and drive growth in the United States. The raise was successfully undertaken with the support of experts from Adam Street.
Established in 2008, initially as Nexus Corporate Finance, Adam Street Advisers is a London based corporate advisory firm. The consultancy specialises in advising shareholders and management teams of UK based private companies on mergers and acquisitions, raising private equity, management buy-outs, and arranging and restructuring debt.
Adam Street Advisers particularly specialises in working with founders, shareholders, and management teams of private companies on selling and acquiring businesses, advising on raising growth capital from private equity and venture capital funds, family offices and alternative capital providers. According to a release from Adam Street Advisers, the work of partners Amir Tayebi and Adam Street on the transaction highlights Adam Street’s in-depth knowledge of the private capital markets to achieve successful outcomes for category defining businesses.
