White Space Strategy has been acquired by Palladium Group, as it looks to extend its commercial footprint. The acquisition of White Space Strategy further enhances Palladium’s strategy and deals offering, and adds momentum as it looks to expand across Central Europe and APAC.

Palladium Group Chair Jason McGibbon commented, “This acquisition represents another key step in developing our position as a global challenger brand in our space. Digital, data and commercial can and should no longer be separate considerations and with White Space joining the family, we can provide our clients with a real competitive advantage.”

Founded in 2015, Palladium is a London-headquartered consultancy, focused primarily on digital change management. The firm assists clients with transitions of operation, from implementation through to board level, where its input also helps support both the cultural and commercial impact of digitally led change. As it looks to meet demand for digital transformation consulting services, Palladium has been rapidly building capacity.

Palladium Group adds White Space Strategy to offering

In July 2023, this saw the firm add M&A consultancy onefourzero to its ranks, helping boost its commercial diligence offering. Following on from this, the arrival of White Space Strategy will also enable it to bolster its transaction advisory, strategy and value creation proposition.

White Space Strategy is a strategy and commercial consulting firm, which uses proprietary research and analytics to identify market ‘white space’ and unlock growth opportunities on a global basis. The firm received a gold rating in Consultancy.uk’s 2023 industry rankings, for its operation in the strategy, retail, and food and beverage spaces.

James Prebble, the CEO of Palladium Group, added, “We are really excited to welcome White Space to the Group. Our ambition has always been to continue to evolve the Palladium service offering for our clients, and the arrival of such a reputed firm to Palladium furthers our commercial consulting capability and perfectly complements our existing award-winning digital and technology service offering. This evolution of the proposition means we can offer unrivalled depth of services to all our investor-backed and brand clients.”

The acquisition of Oxford-based firm White Space Strategy further enhances Palladium’s commercial consulting practice for private equity and brands. At the same time, it brings further UK expansion and a wealth of experience in client side and brand consulting, swelling Palladium’s client and global reach – with offices in London, Oxford, New York and Dubai, and further growth planned for Central Europe and APAC.

White Space Strategy Managing Director Nick Edwards remarked, “We’re really excited about bringing our commercial strategy skillset to Palladium’s investor client base and expanding our services to our corporate clients using their digital expertise. This merger also gives us a better platform from which to service our US and Middle East clients.”
