Gobeyond promotes Hervé Mazenod to UK and regional leader
London-headquartered Gobeyond Partners has promoted two-decade company member Hervé Mazenod to Head of its UK, Ireland, and Nordic operations.
In his new role, Hervé will lead Gobeyond Partners in its home market the UK (spanning offices in London and Sheffield), and oversee the firm’s planned expansion into Ireland and the Nordics.
Gobeyond Partners currently has around 200 consultants operating out of bases in the UK, Germany and France. The firm specialises in customer excellence work, helping clients with offerings including customer journey design, customer experience, operational transformation, data & analytics, and customer-focused digital transformation.
In sync with the change of leadership announced last month, Gobeyond Partners has kickstarted an international growth strategy. Alongside expanding in its existing markets, “Ireland and the Nordics hold tremendous potential for our services,” said Mazenod, who has been with the firm since its 2018 merger with UK-based OEE Consulting, which he previously served for 15 years.
“From my early days as a Consultant with OEE Consulting to my recent position as Managing Director for Financial Services at Gobeyond Partners, I have witnessed the transformative power of our solutions first-hand. I am delighted to bring my experience to my new role as Head of the UK, Ireland, and Nordics,” he said.
Focused on the financial services sector, Mazenod has led numerous multi-country transformation programmes. This includes helping a bank build a new operational management capability, supporting another bank with realising millions in savings through a global operational excellence programme, and helping an insurer deliver an underwriting transformation.
Meanwhile, his growing seniority has seen Mazenod hold leadership positions for key accounts, industry verticals, and global partnerships. “I am excited to continue driving growth, fostering collaboration, and delivering exceptional results for our clients and stakeholders.”
