Alvarez & Marsal adds experienced trio to digital practice

Global consulting firm Alvarez & Marsal has bolstered its Digital & Technology Services practice in Europe with the arrivals of Lee Sankey, Frederico Teixeira and William De Ritter.

Appointed a Senior Adviser, Lee Sankey brings 20+ years of commercial, operational and leadership experience in consulting and industry to Alvarez & Marsal.

A member of the Digital team, Sankey focuses on helping clients with growth, value creation and innovation through new digital-driven value propositions, products, and services. He is based in Alvarez & Marsal’s London office.

Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, Sankey worked at Barclays, where he was responsible for the creation of entrepreneurial banking, a segment now worth £100 million annually. He also founded creative business consultancy, Door, where he worked with clients including Sky, Virgin Money and Volvo.

Frederico Teixeira will draw on his experience in digital strategy, technology-led business transformations, data, analytics and artificial intelligence to help clients drive efficient digital business transformations. He will specifically support Alvarez & Marsal’s Corporate Transformation Services (CTS) and Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practices, guiding clients to create and maximise value from data.

He joins the firm from IBM Consulting, where he led Industry Transformation and Enterprise Strategy in Switzerland. He was also an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company.

William De Ritter focuses on data-driven value creation and finance process improvement in the private equity sector. His previous experience includes 11 years with PwC, where he led the Private Equity mid-market analytics team, more than doubling the headcount in the business during his tenure. He has worked with dozens of financial sponsors and their portfolio companies across sectors.

Teixeira and De Ritter have both been appointed a Senior Director and work primarily out of London.
